Política de cancelación

This photography contract is entered between CM Studios (Photographer) and the personal booking (Client). Payment Terms: - At least a deposit of 50% of the session price is due to reserve your date. - The total amount is due before receiving a completed gallery and mailing of the USB with high-resolution imagery (if applicable) - Payments can be made via Debit Card, Credit Card, Cash, or Personal Check. - All personal checks must be processed and cleared before releasing the complete gallery and mailing of the USB (if applicable) Cancellation Policy - In the event of a cancellation by the client, up to $350.00 may be subject to be retained at the photographer's discretion. - The client is responsible for communicating cancellations to the photographer at least 48 hours before the session date. (Contact information is located on the website) Photographer Responsibilities: - Photographer agrees to have open communication with the client - Photographer agrees to arrive on time and will all the necessary tools needed for the session/event - Photographer agrees to provide professionally edited High-resolution imagery to the client of their needed session/event Client Responsibilities: - The client agrees to provide timely and accurate information regarding the wedding schedule, location, specific requests, and contact information. - The client will ensure that the photographer has access to a suitable working space and will communicate on any restorations, permissions, or permits required at the location. - When utilizing an event planner or similar, the client authorizes the planner to act as their representative and manage any modifications to the wedding itinerary. Copy Rights and Usage: - The photographer retains the copyrights to all images captured during the session/event. - The client is granted personal usage rights for sharing on social media, family and friends, as well as the ability to print images for home decor - The client is responsible for communicating image limitations to all 3rd party personnel that imagery may only be used for personal non-commercial / marking and publication purposes.
