This Photography contract is entered into between CM Studios LLC (Photographer) and (The Client) Person requesting photography service. Payment Terms: - To secure the date, the client must provide the full payment requested for their session. - Payments can be made via Debit Card, Credit Card, Cash, or Personal Check. - Personal checks must be processed, and funds must be made available to the photographer before releasing any images. Cancellation Policy: - In the event of cancellation by the client, up to $75.00 may be retained at the photographer's discretion. - The client must communicate any cancellations to the photographer at least 48 hours before the session date. (Photographer contact details are listed on the website) - If the photographer cannot perform the service requested due to unforeseen circumstances, all efforts will be made to find a suitable replacement. If a replacement cannot be found, all payments made by the client will be fully refunded. Client Responsibilities: - The client agrees to provide accurate contact information - The client agrees to inform the photographer of any medical conditions relevant to the session during the initial inquiry. - The client acknowledges their responsibility to be vigilant and advise others of any dangers they see. - The client must ensure a responsible adult is present and attentive to their child/children at all times, especially if the photographer steps away. - The client acknowledges their responsibility to be aware of their child's surroundings. Photographers Responsibilities: - The photographer will provide a welcoming environment - The photographer will have open communication with the client during the session - The photographer will provide the client with professional High-resolution imagery - The Photographer will use all their training to ensure a safe and relaxing experience Copyrights and Usage: - The photographer retains the copyrights to all images captured during the session. - The client is granted personal usage rights to the completed images for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as sharing on social media and with friends and family, as well as the right to print images for home decor. - The client is responsible for communicating image rights limitations to family, friends, and all third-party personnel. - Anyone wishing to use images for commercial or marketing purposes must contact the photographer for an image release form or be subject to fines and legal fees.
